Property Lease Option expert Nicky Greer has teamed up with the United Kingdom Property Network to launch a monthly networking event in Liverpool, starting this January.
This event is aimed at connecting local property professionals, offering investors, sourcers, and tradespeople an informal yet focused environment to network, form partnerships, and develop new business leads.
Nicky, the UK record holder for the largest single lease options deal and co-founder of Lease Options Mastery Academy Ltd, will host each session, bringing her extensive industry expertise to the event.
With 30 to 50 attendees expected each month, the event will be held on Thursday evenings with a £5 entry fee. Property experts will be present to share valuable insights and knowledge with participants.
Alongside the event, Nicky has also introduced a lead generation service that saves clients time by providing exclusive off-market property leads, minimising competition and creating a steady pipeline of prospects for investors and entrepreneurs.
This service covers various needs, from land acquisition to residential and commercial property investments.
