Tiny Totz Kidz has released a heartwarming new album designed to help children manage their emotions and boost mental wellness through meditative music.
Marking Mental Health Awareness Week this May, Tiny Moments of Peace – Meditations for Kids is a seven-track album that guides young listeners through breathing techniques, mindfulness practices, and gentle soundscapes to promote calm and clarity.
Each track offers something different, giving families and educators the flexibility to select short or extended meditations depending on a child’s emotional needs—whether it’s to reset during a busy day or to unwind before bed.
The project blends music and well-being into one accessible package for children of all ages.
“At Tiny Totz Kidz, we believe music is more than just entertainment – it’s a powerful tool for emotional growth and well-being,” said Julian Lyons, CEO of Tiny Totz Kidz.
“By blending music with mindfulness, Tiny Moments of Peace offers an engaging way for parents, educators, and caregivers to support children’s mental health.
“Whether at home, in classrooms, or before bedtime, these songs create opportunities for young listeners to slow down, breathe, and find balance in their daily lives.”
Recent statistics from NHS Digital highlight an urgent mental health trend: 20% of children aged 5 to 16 now experience probable mental health issues, a sharp rise from 10.8% in 2017.
Julian Lyons added: “Research shows that the need for accessible, practical tools to help young minds manage stress and anxiety has never been greater.
“With Tiny Moments of Peace, we hope to give children simple yet effective ways to find moments of calm, build resilience, and navigate their emotions with confidence.”
Founded in 2020, Tiny Totz Kidz continues to bring joy and emotional support to young audiences through music that teaches, heals, and inspires.
The new album, Tiny Moments of Peace – Meditations for Kids, is now available on all major streaming platforms.
