Kimon Services Selected as Finalist for Outsourcing Impact Review 2025 Awards

Kimon Services is pleased to announce it has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Outsourcing Impact Review (OIR) 2025 Awards, hosted by Outsource Accelerator (OA).

Its flagship programme, Providing Opportunities for Women in India, was recognised for its exceptional contribution to both the outsourcing industry and wider society.

Celebrating its third year, the OIR Awards recognise companies that set the pace in innovation, sustainability, and social responsibility. Kimon’s finalist position demonstrates the tangible success of its Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiatives in a highly competitive category.

The company has created safe, flexible work-from-home roles for skilled women in India, helping to overcome cultural and safety barriers that often restrict career opportunities. This approach allows women to improve their household finances while contributing to the national economy without compromising their safety or values.

Kimon’s work goes beyond outsourcing services; it represents a broader mission of empowerment, economic participation, and security for women.

As a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion finalist, Kimon will feature in the OIR 2025 Report, to be published on 15 October 2025. The report will profile all 31 finalists, including Kimon, and present the innovative practices shaping sustainable global outsourcing.

Michael Kitt, CEO of Kimon Services said: “Being named an OIR finalist is a powerful endorsement of our commitment to provide opportunities for women in India. This motivates us to set even higher standards for positive impact in the outsourcing industry.”

Founded by Outsource Accelerator, the Outsourcing Impact Review is a trusted annual benchmark showcasing leading projects in social responsibility, well-being, diversity, education, and community support worldwide.
