Friends and Property Specialists Launch Ashburn Lindsay, Bringing a Personal Feel to Estate Agency

Local property professionals Lauren Ashburn and Nicola Lindsay have teamed up with entrepreneur and property owner Natasha Greenley to launch Ashburn Lindsay, a newly established independent estate and lettings agency in Lytham St Annes.

Together, Lauren and Nicola contribute close to 30 years of combined experience in the property sector, covering both sales and lettings, while Natasha joins as co-director with a strong background in business and property investment. Their shared goal is to deliver a more personal, people-first estate agency experience across the Fylde Coast and throughout the UK.

Having spent many years within large regional and national agencies, Lauren and Nicola felt the time was right to branch out with a fresh approach. “We’ve both seen how the industry has changed,” said Lauren. “People want honesty, energy, and agents who really care. We created Ashburn Lindsay to make every move feel easier, clearer, and more personal.”

Ashburn Lindsay provides sales, lettings and full property management services across Lytham St Annes and the wider Fylde Coast, while already working with clients based in London. Their model prioritises strong communication, straightforward advice and reliable local expertise, supported by established community relationships.

“This isn’t just business, it’s personal,” added Nicola. “Every client, every home and every business matters to us. We’ve built our careers on going the extra mile, and we’re excited to help people move forward with confidence.”

Ashburn Lindsay officially opened its doors this month and is already welcoming clients to the boutique independent agency locally and nationally.
