High-Velocity X Podcast Launches to Support Ambitious Founders Seeking Fast but Controlled Growth

London lawyer and business adviser Raihan Islam has launched the High-Velocity X Podcast, a new platform designed to assist mission-focused founders who are scaling their businesses at speed but want to avoid the operational chaos that often accompanies rapid growth. The series seeks to address the widening gap between entrepreneurial drive and the foundational systems required to scale responsibly.

The concept came after Islam’s visit to Web Summit 2025 in Lisbon, where conversations with growth-minded founders revealed a shared issue: many were pushing ahead rapidly without ensuring that their operational and legal structures were strong enough to support expansion.

The podcast aims to equip founders with practical guidance to help them maintain pace while managing risk effectively.

Operational strain remains a top concern for many UK startups attempting to scale at speed. To address this, the High-Velocity X Podcast features insights from founders, business coaches, and specialists who have first-hand experience navigating fast growth while retaining operational stability.

“A week in Lisbon with passionate entrepreneurs reminded me why this work matters,” said Raihan Islam, founder of High-Velocity X.

“Founders have the drive to move fast, but they often lack the structural foundations to do so safely. High-Velocity X is about helping people build businesses that can scale without breaking. The conversations are direct, practical, and focused on what actually works when you’re trying to grow responsibly.”

Each episode delves into a specific aspect of scaling, with contributors drawn from fields such as AI branding, operational strategy, and emerging technology. The discussions emphasise real-world methods rather than theoretical concepts, reflecting Islam’s advisory work with fast-growing firms.

At its core, the podcast champions the philosophy of “sustainable speed”, encouraging founders to strengthen their foundations before pursuing aggressive expansion. Key topics include legal safeguards, simplified decision-making tools, robust contractual frameworks, and tactics for reducing operational friction during periods of scale.

The High-Velocity X Podcast is available on Spotify and via highvelocityx.com, with new episodes released weekly featuring voices from the UK, Europe, and North America.

Produced independently, the podcast is part of Islam’s broader advisory practice, High-Velocity X, which supports founders in building scalable businesses through clear processes, operational discipline and strategic execution.
