Lincolnshire Coach Celebrates Early Success as Evergreen Academy Transforms the Path to Scalable Service Businesses

Lincolnshire entrepreneur and business coach Steph Ward is marking a strong start for her latest initiative, the Evergreen Academy, which has shown impressive momentum within only three months of launch. The online programme has already secured substantial course sales, developed a lucrative pipeline, and validated the potential for automated revenue models within service-led sectors.

Ward founded the Evergreen Academy after years of searching for a business structure that could offer both long-term financial stability and the personal freedom she needed for her family. Drawing on her experience at Siemens and her work as co-founder of Ward Holmes, she created a six-step methodology designed to help coaches and consultants convert their expertise into sustainable, low-effort digital income.

With a £75,000 sales pipeline generated from under £800 of advertising spend, Ward has now demonstrated that her automated system can produce strong margins for service-based businesses, showing that scalable revenue is within reach for small firms and independent practitioners. Her move towards automation was shaped by her own transition into motherhood and the constraints she experienced in traditional employment settings.

“I never valued my time as much as until I had a child, and then I realised that time was all that mattered,” she said. “Nobody starts a business expecting to work harder than ever before for less money, but that is the reality for many when their income depends entirely on personal output.”

A notable element of the academy is what Ward refers to as a “meta-experience,” through which clients construct an evergreen course while simultaneously experiencing one. “Clients are with me because my process works,” Ward added. “Many had never heard of me before my systems brought us together, which is exactly the point.”

One client transitioned from concept to monetisation with a grief counselling course. Despite initial discomfort with presenting on camera, she advanced from private writing exercises to confidently recording video content over a three-month period. Ward emphasises that such developments are crucial to helping coaches create assets that endure beyond their available working hours.

From January 2026, the Evergreen Academy will widen its support by introducing additional services, including expert-led tech sessions and intellectual property guidance. These enhancements are a direct response to client demand for hands-on assistance in areas that commonly delay digital product creation.
