It’s a hat trick for ‘Sandgrown’ Campbell & Rowley!

Less than a week away from the glittering BIBAs business awards ceremony, Campbell & Rowley are gearing up to deliver the catering for almost 1000 people.

Campbell & Rowleys’ reputation as the North West’s premier event catering business has been well earned. The ceremony on Friday will see the Lancashire based caterers deliver the food and hospitality for the guests and attendees at the BIBA’s awards ceremony for the third year running.

The four-course dinner has been a talking point for the business world celebrating at the ceremony, since 2015. In particular, their themed desserts have become a much-anticipated feature of the glittering event and a closely guarded secret.

The Be Inspired Business Awards, the BIBAs, is Lancashire’s largest and longest
running business awards programme. Run by the North and Western Lancashire Chamber of Commerce, the BIBAs is the ‘the one they all want to win’.

The best of Lancashire businesses who have been through the rigour of the application, interview and judging process just to be there on the night have certainly earned their supper.

Chef director Paul Rowley said “As a Lancashire business we focus on sourcing the best of local produce and the menu this year certainly celebrates the best of the county’s sea and farm fayre. We spend a lot of time planning and developing the menu and particularly the sweet course and every BIBA’s we aim to surpass the year before and we’re really excited about the dish we have created this year – we know BIBA’s guests will love it”.

Chief Executive of the Chamber of Commerce Babs Murphy said “Delivering thousands of covers on time of a standard that our fabulous nominee businesses deserve is quite the challenge. Working with Campbell and Rowley has been a pleasure, their creativity and professionalism and of course delicious food are just some of the reasons that we have chosen them again as our catering partners for the BIBA’s”

Director Lindsay Campbell, who is also a BIBAs judge said “We are so proud to be catering again for the BIBAs in the wonderful surroundings of the Tower Ballroom in our hometown of Blackpool. The team get caught up in all that special BIBA’s excitement and we all will be working very hard to do both the awards and the venue justice. We look forward to seeing the amazing businesses there on the night.”
