Lloyd unveils the new BMW 3 Series and Z4

Lloyd BMW, which has dealerships in Blackpool, Colne and Grange-over-Sands, have unveiled the latest BMW 3 Series and Z4 to its customers.

With a 40-year history of being one of the world’s best executive saloons, the latest 3 Series offers an advancement on the sporty, respectable and smart details of its predecessors.

Available with a range of five engines, from the entry-level 148bhp 318d turbo diesel to the 255bhp 330i turbo, the new executive saloon also benefits from an updated exterior and interior, with an elegant cabin, featuring touchscreen and Alexa connectivity. The new 3 Series also offers 17-inch wheels, adaptive LED headlights, park distance control all-round and a reversing camera, and cruise control as standard.

In addition to the 3 Series, the greatly anticipated new BMW Z4 has arrived at Lloyd. BMW’s two-seater sports car has undergone a complete redesign, with a freshly designed chassis and aggressive exterior styling.

The soft top takes 10 seconds to fold flat and can be erected up to a speed of 31mph from the modern interior, which features BMW’s 8-speed automatic transmission and leather seats. The dynamic sports car comes with a variety of engines and trims ranging from a 194bhp turbocharged 2.0 litre to the 3.0 turbocharged straight six M40i, with 18 inch lightweight alloys, sports suspension and upgraded brakes.

Stephanie de Looze, Lloyd BMW Group Marketing Manager said: “These latest incarnations of popular BMW models illustrate how the globally renowned brand is continuing to listen to its customers and improve its cars.

“The elegant new 3 Series continues to offer a perfect marriage between luxury and performance, with a host of technology and creature comforts as standard, whilst the all-new Z4, a car BMW has been developing since 2013, combines modern styling with BMW’s trademark performance and handling.
