AC Valve Alliance and Jungmann Partnership: Revolutionising Industries with Aesthetic and High-Performance Hygienic Safety Valves

AC Valve Alliance and Jungmann Armaturen have joined forces to introduce a range of CE and FDA certified hygienic safety valves that promise both “beautiful aesthetics” and “enhanced performance” for the food, beverage, and pharmaceutical industries.

These hygienic safety relief valves have been meticulously designed to prevent overpressure in tanks and pipelines, ensuring product safety and maintaining cleanliness by preventing product contamination.

Owen Stephens, the sales manager of Nacional Safety Valves UK, emphasises the significance of this safety valve partnership for multiple industries. He explains, “Through conversations with our customers, we identified a strong demand for hygienic safety valves in our product portfolio. When we encountered Jungmann Armaturen last year, we immediately recognised them as the perfect partner to meet this demand.”

“These valves are available in various specifications, ranging from DN15 to DN40 inlet sizes, set pressures from 0.5 to 16 bar, and temperature ranges from minus 50 to over 300 degrees, making them suitable for nearly any application.”

He further highlights the benefits of partnering with a reputable German manufacturer like Jungmann, stating, “Working alongside Jungmann ensures quick and reliable response times, exceptional service quality, and expert advice on all our products.”

These safety valves are crafted using high-quality materials, such as stainless steel, known for their resistance to corrosion, ease of cleaning, and sanitisation.

Notably, the safety valve has obtained the approval of two important regulatory agencies: the European Union’s (EU) CE certification and the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA), further reinforcing its safety standards.

The valves feature a smooth, crevice-free interior design that prevents the accumulation of harmful bacteria, prioritising the prevention of contamination and ensuring the safety of the final product.

Mr. Stephens, who is also affiliated with AC Valve Alliance, believes that this partnership expands their customer service offerings. He states, “At AC Valve Alliance, we understand the paramount importance of providing excellent customer service and establishing trust with our valued customers, who rely on our products.”

“Our expanded product range enables us to better serve our customers’ needs, while showcasing our reliability in sourcing specific products.”

He also highlights the appealing features of these safety valves, explaining, “Our mission has always been to deliver exceptional care each time customers engage with our services, and this mission remains unchanged with the introduction of Jungmann safety valves.”

“We are dedicated to providing prompt responses to quotes, offering expert advice tailored to individual requirements, competitive lead times, and excellent aftercare service. Our goal is to provide our customers with peace of mind.”

In conclusion, Mr. Stephens expresses enthusiasm about the partnership with German manufacturer Jungmann Armaturen, stating, “We are thrilled with our new collaboration and delighted to offer our loyal customers their high-quality products!”
