Charge-M8 Offers EV Home Charging Support to Chapelhouse

Chapelhouse Motor Group, a popular car dealership in the North West, has enlisted support from Charge-M8, a specialist in EV charging. Charge-M8 will support Chapelhouse in offering a home charging installation service to their customers of electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles.

The well known dealership has 15 sites across the North-West of England and after experiencing a sharp increase in demand for electric and hybrid vehicles are delighted to get Charge-M8 on board to give their customers a comprehensive range of home charging installation options.

Phil Clay, Managing Director of Chapelhouse said: “We are thrilled to partner with Charge m8 with an aim to offer our customers the very best level of service alongside our fantastic EV products making the change to EV simpler for our customers. Chapelhouse is a family business trading for over 30 years offering new MG, Suzuki, Kia and used vehicles too. As a company Charge m8 are aligned with our vision and values and I am therefore thrilled with the partnership.”

Charge-M8 was the obvious partner for Chapelhouse, with their coveted Trading Standards “buy with confidence” accreditation and excellent customer service record ensuring their customers are in safe hands.

Chapelhouse customers can choose from a range of market leading EV chargers, rather than a single recommended unit. “From feedback we knew that our customers wanted to choose an EV charger that complimented their home, and with so many style and colour options we didn’t consider a single brand or model to be the best option” continued Phil, “and charger models that integrate with market leading EV tariffs such as Octopus Energy and OVO are key considerations in our customers decision making, being able to drive for less than 3 pence per mile is one of the big attractions of making the switch to an electric vehicle”.

Also known informally as ‘wall boxes’, Charge-M8 manufacture and install their own EV chargers for workplace applications, and are manufacturer approved installation partners for some of the biggest brands in home EV Charging. A key differentiator is Charge-m8 only using their own fully employed expert installation engineers to guarantee your EV charging point is installed to the highest standards, a policy which shines through in the exceptional customer feedback they receive.

Julian Smith, Founder and CEO of Charge-M8 said: “We’re delighted to join forces and work with Phil and the Chapelhouse team. Our agreement includes industry leading SLA’s (service level agreements) which our team use to monitor and benchmark our service for Chapelhouse customers. The excellent feedback from installations since launching the scheme is hopefully just the start!”
