Jennifer joins the Corporate & Restructuring Team, based at the firm’s Central Lancashire office, as an Associate and has experience in all aspects of corporate and commercial work. This includes mergers and acquisitions, shareholder agreements, restructuring and banking and finance.
Additionally Jennifer provides advice and assistance to insolvency practitioners on the sale and purchase of distressed assets, including pre packs.
She spent the last 7 years at Backhouse Jones in Clitheroe and has a particular specialism in the Transport Sector.
