Executive search consultancy Walmsley Wilkinson has played a pivotal role in helping fragrance manufacturer Carvansons expand its senior management team as the company enters a major phase of growth.
Following the launch of its cutting-edge facility in Lancashire and an increase in global operations, Carvansons sought to bolster its leadership structure with several key appointments to sustain its expansion strategy.
Walmsley Wilkinson guided the entire recruitment process, from defining role profiles and salary benchmarking to sourcing, interviewing, and assessing top-tier candidates. The firm also provided detailed shortlists, structured interview formats, and managed communications to ensure a seamless experience for both the client and applicants.
