The New Year provides a new opportunity for Hannah Richards at KTG Social Care who will take hold of the reins as Operations Manager, responsible for the overall day to day running of the business. Hannah will oversee both the specialist Health & Social Care Recruitment Agency and the Homecare Service, which provides a unique 24 hour service specialising in palliative care, night shifts and sitting services for both public and private sector clients across Lancashire.
Hannah has been a dedicated member of the management team for four years and her promotion has been part of a strategic decision to provide KTG Social Care Directors, Godwin and Reena Anthony the opportunity to focus on further developing the Management training arm of the business, Ascent Leadership.
