Recognising the shortage of individuals with classroom experience to fill the rising number of vacancies, they have taken the proactive step of offering free training to individuals with transferable skills, paving the way for a career in education as a Teaching Assistant and Cover Supervisor.
‘Get into the Classroom’ opens up opportunities to work in schools, even if you lack a PGCE or any formal college/university-level education training. Principal Resourcing has brought in two in-house Trainers, boasting a collective 35 years of experience spanning both primary and secondary sectors. They actively seek candidates with transferable skills, particularly those possessing patience, nurturing qualities, and strong literacy and numeracy skills.
